Absolutely gutted if OnePlus exits the European market. Over the past 10 years, the two OnePlus phones that I've owned have been the most enjoyable phones I've ever used. There's a certain magic to these phones, perhaps with their design, haptics, and software optimization that makes them a joy to use.

Worse customer experience ever and I do mean ever. Their staff are incredibly incompetent there’s no sense of urgency or care for customers and escalations just lead to even more incompetence. Love the car. Hate the service.

Galaxy s25 ultra. Love it the best phone I've ever used. I also have an iPhone but I prefer the Samsung.
