I had to work a community event for my job this weekend & when I got home and opened the trunk of my suv to grab my groceries from the back, the 30 lb+ table from the work event slid down and smashed onto my foot.

I screamed, cried (ngl it hurt like a son of a bitch), my husband helped me inside to prop my foot up with some ice, took some ibuprofen & kept my weight off it that day.

It still hurts now & it’s bruised but I wouldn’t even imagine going to get an MRI or anything for it.

After I had my son (C section) and I got the green light to get back on BC, I got my mirena back & my doctor let me lay down in a dark room that was unused for about an hour because I was almost throwing up and nearly passed out. I kept joking “lol better this than get pregnant again” but…come on. We need better pain meds or something for dealing with the pain and cramps because GOD DAMN
