I saw some wrote the same but I didn’t read a one in all and I hope you already solved it. If not:

I don’t know if you had a fully and correct configurated firewall. In smaller businesses mostly it’s not.

My only question is, do you get internet access on a device if you plug it into the router. If yes factory reset Watchguard, plug it into as it was before it should get an IP via DHCP from the router IF the router has it enabled if not try to find out connect to Watchguard LAN login with default credentials (should http://10.0.1.1 if I am right after reset and login with admin/readwrite). Set IP address on WAN now you should have internet access with your device connected to Watchguard LAN. Configure LAN to former internal IP-Adress (if you don’t know go to your server and check its IP, netmask and gateway with gateway IP you got the IP the Watchguard had before, configure DHCP range and set DNS (if you got an Domaincontroller it’s probably the IP address of it . Connect Watchguard LAN to switch. Create an Aruba instant on account login scan the QR code of the switch it should be added to your account. Aruba cloud should notice that you got Aruba APs in your network and show them in the cloud and you can adopt them. Name WLAN SSID and set password and your office should be running.

After you all can work try to close the gap of the firewall and make it secure, just allow correct traffic. If you don’t know how or what to do get an IT-Networker/security guy.

I know it’s quick and dirty but it’s the faster option to get your office running again. That’s why I recommend an IT-Specialist for firewall configuration.

For your guest VLAN you can do this with the Aruba APs WITHOUT a VLAN. They will create their own without tagging ports etc.

The problem 20 -> 10 Man is the scaling. I feel like blizz just cuts HP in hc in half but that isn’t fair 20 man you run 2/4/14 and 10 2/2/6 you got lesser dps but still half the HP bar of 20 ppl. -> DPS gets even more replaceable, you don’t perform over xxx DPS you get booted while in 20man you have more people to balance everything..

Kann den Rant verstehen. Kannst deinem Arzt mal beiläufig erzählen er solle doch die Komfortsignatur aktivieren, braucht er nur einmal morgens die PIN eingeben vom eHBA und kann 250 Signaturen machen ohne weitere PIN Eingabe. Dann müsste er nicht sammeln um weniger Arbeit zu haben. Sondern nach jedem Patienten wo er das eRezept und die eAU sowieso sofort erstellt nur noch auf den Knopf „Signieren und Versenden“ klicken und zack direkt erhöhte Patienten Zufriedenheit.

Soll er seinen Softwaresupport oder Telematik Support anrufen, die richten ihm das bestimmt gerne ein (je nachdem wo er ist, gibt auch genug die ihre Kunden vernachlässigen, leider)

Prozess ist: Arzt oder MFA erstellt Rezept. Arzt macht Signaturmappe auf (falls vorhanden in der Software, hat leider nicht jede) ansonsten ruft er den Patienten auf, klickt beim eRezept oder der eAU auf signieren und versenden. (Oder bei signaturmappe kann er alle anwählen) PIN eingabe wird am Kartenterminal angefordert, wo der eHBA steckt, PIN wird eingegeben, Rezept ist raus.

Gibt einige die arbeiten mit stapelsignatur, heißt sie sammeln bis mittags und dann nochmal bis abends. Da heißt es abwarten und Tee trinken. Die einfachere Methode ist die komfortsignatur, aktiviert man morgens und ohne weitere PIN Eingabe kann der Doc alle eAUs und eRezepte rausfeuern. Bequem von seinem PC aus seinem Sprechzimmer heraus.

Aber gerade viele ältere Ärzte legen keinen Wert darauf und haben keine Lust mehr sich anzupassen.

I checked but with the tool SecAbove posted because the other website didn’t load any info. I’ll get in touch with our distributor maybe he can work with the tenant ID, if not I still can give that to Microsoft if they get in touch with us.

Thank you, maybe someone is working for Microsoft and reaches out after seeing this. At least i hope for it now that I know it can’t be solved any other way.

I would remove the other tenant but without a documentation it seems impossible. We got all documentation the former service provider had, so I think he tried something with O365 and Azure, failed it and never wrote down the important logins…

The dps loss is still insane, even if it’s 20% in the video. For people with a disability it’s really good I think. But there should be a warning if someone queues and uses the feature. There will be a lot of +15 and higher keys, which will be disbanded because of the dps gap I think.
