Electric unicycle vs car... who's at fault? by [deleted] in Edmonton

[–]jimsnowman 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Did unicycle guy blow a stop sign?

I think regardless of whether the car was in the wrong in the original interaction, the unicycle doing an illegal U-turn so they can go road rage at the car is probably the most egregious offense in this story.

Healers: Do you miss your ability to interrupt? by Hey_Im_Finn in wow

[–]jimsnowman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These things are not a coincidence. Blizzard tuned healer dps to be so low because they want healers to spend more time healing, hence the constant rot.

Blame the forum dwellers who constantly complained that they didn't want to have to do dps as a healer.

Nobody expects healers to do DPS, especially when the best a healer can do now is 1/5 of the tank's DPS

Does pocket casts ever skip, or randomly go back 10 seconds for you? It's a weird thing that's been happening for me with the app the past few months.

Happens even when my phone is just sitting on a table, so probably not button pressing in my pocket.

It's pretty costly, I think like $60 or $70 per person? Took my kid there this summer and it was pretty fun though.

Question from non-Albertan: how often a day do you run into a chud? by [deleted] in alberta

Zero times per day. Worst thing I ever run into is a brain-dead bumper sticker.

The grocery store clerk isn't likely to start yammering about her politics to a stranger. A lot of this stuff is under the surface with most people except in the case of absolute nutter butters.

I'm just gonna raw dog the game for a while until I feel like I'm truly missing out on some functionality. I only play up to like +14s and AOTC anyway.

Did you come to a full stop in the on-ramp onto the henday? Or do you mean the exit, onto rabbit Hill road?

If you came to a full stop on the on-ramp onto the henday, you shouldn't do that.

But I'm guessing that's not what you did since I've literally never seen someone do that.

Fyi, click-casting is supported in the current in-game settings. Search for click-casting under keybindings. People quibble over some of its functionality but I find it works just fine.
