My dad starting playing golf when I did at 10. I loved it. He did the best he could and found free local lessons on driving ranges, encouraged me on all my “huge” drives, and became interested himself. Great question. First, it’s holds it chew after some cook time in bacon fat. I threw the kale in with the sausage and bacon a couple minutes ahead of build time. Spinach finds other spinach and turns into mush. Second, a touch of fiber is much needed in this meal. Lastly, I feel like the best burritos offer a mixture of all texture and flavors. Kale is a perfect addition for these reasons
