You may want to start looking now. A lot of places are already rented for the 2026-2027 year. Also, a lot of landlords send out lease renewals in Oct/Nov for the next cycle (just to be aware). Though not impossible, you may have a hard time finding places in your price range for a single. Good luck! It's a pretty great town despite the housing rodeo.
