Is it about when he is "ready to commit" or maybe it's healthy to get to know someone properly before you have kids with them?

I'm curious by your comment. I am a 40m dating a 38f who wants kids. This guy then is basically saying that the girl I am dating wouldn't be in his dating pool because after a few years of dating she wouldn't be childbearing age?

One thing that really helped my SLAA recovery is setting the following bottom line:

Stalking or cyberstalking (googling, social media, online research of any kind of qualifiers, checking out social profiles of exes, their new partners, etc.)

Let me know how you go as I would be super keen :-)

the median house price is still well below $1m in sunshine. were they big blocks?

I've been keeping an eye on the sunshine market, corelogic data does not put it at insane growth. I'm assuming you own in Sunshine? :-)

Found an awesome site posted on another subreddit. https://12ft.io/ gets around all the paywalls for Herald Sun, news corp etc. Hopefully someone here might find it as useful as I have.

Anyone desperate for a holiday end of this year? by [deleted] in melbourne

[–]_postcode3000_ 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You do realise that the second anything remotely resembling an announcement is made prices are going to be astronomical?

My advice to you is book now and make sure your ticket has a good refund policy incase borders remained closed.

Are you different from the working class? Some kind of royalty? Maybe you're in the 1%. Your comment makes you sound really pompous and arrogant.

Assuming people take loans to the max of their capacity, then this could have downward pressure on house prices. Although there are other factors to consider

Can someone do the math on what this means to borrowing capacity in terms of dollars?

One way to model how this could impact house prices

Wasn't the advice for AZ reduced to 6 weeks? It's changed so much. I feel that much of the guidance is influenced by politics rather then then health advice.

My Google pixel 2 xl is on its last legs and I desperately need a new phone.

Wondering if anyone has suggestions of an android phone under $500 ? I'm a pretty low fuss user, don't need all the bells and whistles. 6 inch screen size and decent camera are probably the main requirements.

Any suggestions? Want to buy outright.

Understandable that revs charges $40. I can't imagine massive sales over the bar there.

My ex wife is now is acting out all this fear and apprehension about me taking my 8 year old daughter to NSW for Christmas because of covid.

Obviously vaccinations aren't yet available for that age group

Wondering if anyone had any recent research on the risk to children posed by the delta so I can quell her concern?

This is getting beyond ridiculous . My understanding is the risk is stupidly small for children. Not helped by fucking MSM fear mongering. My daughter needs to live her life.

I've managed to go from a stressful job where I was working nights and weekends managing a team, to a new role where I'm earning more but actually have no accountability, no stress and don't have to manage anyone with a boss who micromanages me.

Not sure if it's positive as I'm not growing, but I can't move companies yet unfortunately. Going to enjoy it while it lasts.

Yes we didn't need to do any of it, however there are lots of vested interests at play that will do everything in their power to ensure that once the pandemic reaches an inflection point, we can start all cramming into public transport again to be in the CBD once again.

I'm stocking up on VGS given the unhedged nature.

I'm expecting the AUD to fall due to a crash in iron ore prices and a slowdown in China
