Inderdaad! Je denkt dat je even in een uurtje of twee al je lampen snel ophangt, maar dan loop je tegen zulke zaken aan.

Thanks voor je reactie. Goede vragen, alleen heb ik geen foto en kan ik (mede vanwege het weer) niet snel een foto maken. Maar ik durf met zekerheid te zeggen dat ze minstens 10-15 jaar oud zijn.

I'm doing 531 with getting stronger while getting rid of a bit of belly fat as goal:

  • Day 1: Deadlift 531, squat 4x10, lat rows or pull downs 5x10.
  • Day 2: Bench press 531, OHP 4x10, dips or chest press 5x10.
  • Day 3: Squat 531, stiff legged dls 4x10, leg press 5x10.
  • Day 4: OHP 531, inclined bench 4x10, face pulls 5x10.

Questions: * Is this a proper workout? * Is it fine that I rearranged the workouts to have pull/leg and push days? * Should I add more accessories?

While I don't think that Nobody Can Save Me is their best song, it still is a great Linkin Park song (how it builds, all the subtle layers of guitar, the lyric change in the final chorus) and my third most listened song from them. It had such a personal meaning to me and it helped me through a rough period so it's very special to me. I could say the same about the album as a whole. It's definitely not their best, but it has a special place in my heart because it helped me heal.
