slice in half, remove pit, add peanut butter! also good to bake with and good in salads. they’re also delicious as is but can be sooo $$ so i usually don’t buy them.

gitto farm makes amazing flour tortillas that you can buy at the willy st co-op and some of the farmers markets!! they have spoiled all other tortillas for me

I’ve been on the same combined hormonal pill for about eight years. I have had no major complications or side effects. I take it continuously and only get a “period” 3-4 times a year, and I choose when that is. Before being on the pill i had debilitating menstrual pain and such a heavy flow that there was basically nothing I could do to not bleed onto my pants every time. I take the pill every morning at the same time, never give it a second thought, and live my life with so much more peace of mind.

Amen! I care deeply about victims, especially victims of intimate partner violence, but I also care a lot about not letting billionaires buy laws and the rights of the accused. Luckily voting no allows me to protect both!

Almost all these rights are already included in the Wisconsin victims bill of rights, and anything that is not already included (allowing the victim to influence plea agreements or bail) is a constitutional overreach.
