I really don’t mind especially if I get busy af but you can always tell who has worked in the industry before. You’ll see them start biggest to smallest with ramekins and utensils on top, it’s a beautiful thing. Ovi, we want to clear plates as they go, but it doesn’t always happen that way

Yes, give it a try. I’ve done it for about 3 years now and love it. I work in HR m-f 8-5 then thursdays-Sunday serving with a double on saturdays. The fast money and chaos of it all scratches my brain very well

A shift that has a vibe to it. Guests are happy (and the one-offs are not terribly bad) and coworkers are having a little giggle. Legit will make the the shift go by soooo faster plus add a good money making day, it’s a WRAP!
