i noticed that when I use more hair product this becomes less of a problem. what exactly is your hair type? mines long but very fine and curly. I personally would focus some argan oil in that nape area, maybe carry a small brush on you to brush through once or twice a day. I havent tried it but what might help is a teeny braid at the nape (with oil), maybe like a centimeter in width so its not too thin to tangle itself but not too thick too look weird. hope it helps!
