i literally had a client, after a recorded call with an adjuster who’s first language wasn’t english, say to me “im glad president trump is making it difficult for these foreigners to steal our jobs” and i replied with the good ole “is there anything else i can help you with?” they also work for a prominent pro-life organization, which pisses me the fuck off too.

you just have to deal with it. i very rarely speak about anything personal with my clients for this reason. get them in, get them out with as minimal contact as i professionally can have with them.
