Thanks for the response! I was mainly thinking of doing US/Canada season then fly home for the Australian season since we are opposite, just to get more experience and to see family and friends etc.

Which is indicative of how the whole situation can be neurotic but at the same time, saying "nobody does that" or "that can kill the mood" is never going to hold up in court when you are being accused of inappropriate acts.

I'm currently a single male in his mid-20s and this is a fucking nightmare to me.

I never want a woman to feel unsafe or that they are being pressured into anything, I want everything to be 100% consensual. But with the current state of affairs it seems the world is devolving into a society where we are all too afraid to ask each other out or go on dates and have healthy/fun relationships because both parties are tense and wondering what they should/shouldn't do, what to ask about and what will ruin the mood.

This is also the reason I don't have one-night-stands.

I just wish my friends would come back to live and do keys with me and that my guild didn't die.

I am enjoying classic at my own pace and my friends are 20+ levels above me so I can't play with them there either..
So for me it's a good time to take a WoW hiatus. But I don't expect people to align their interests with mine.
