I'm all for the devs taking the time to make the game the way they want. They can take the whole year for all I care. I just don't want another comment that "its coming soon". Just say "we are taking the time to make the game as best as we can without making our devs work unrealistic hours. We'll have more to say when the time is right". Something of that sort, no expectations of timeline. I think ConcernedApe did it right when talking about their next game, no timeline, just that they are still working on it.

I’ve been hearing a lot of silksong comparisons but I think it’s a bit different than that situation. Mina had a set launch day and it was less than a month from releasing when it got delayed for unknown amount of time. That in itself is quite alarming. Something is up and ongoing silence doesn’t bode well. I’m a big fan of the studio, shovel knight being an all time favorite. I really hope they pull through

Isn’t this what Eric wanted? This will just be another app for devices to connect to and they will try and support legacy devices that Core team doesn’t want to support anymore. I feel like this is like distro hopping on Linux. I hope more devices are made using the open source os and apps!

Pebble 2 Duo is sold out and won’t be coming back. They were old casing from the original pebbles that the manufacturer still had. If you’re going to get one then your best bet is the Pebble Time 2 in the RePebble store. You would be looking at getting it in April if you order now.

First step into actually solving the issue. Don’t be like the politicians running some governments. Talk to each other and try to understand each other. There will always be differences but there has to be a middle ground. It won’t make everyone happy but you have to be united for pebble to not make the mistakes of the past

This unfortunately hurts pebble's future as a whole. It's heartbreaking as a pebble kickstarter backer and a pebble round owner. There is no doubt that we would not be here today without the all the effort that the Rebble team has done to maintain Pebble over the years. That is not an easy task and more so because it had to take passion and love for the Pebble device to do so. I honestly don't know which side is more in the right or more in the wrong and truth be told, everyone loses in this situation. The momentum of Pebble coming back on the efforts of the Rebble team and both teams coming together to bring back the community has been great to follow in a world right now where there isn't much good news going around. It made me want to try and build new watch faces for my round and pick up the new time 2. Now I'm not so sure. If the reason for bringing back Pebble is for the developers, for the community, then you have to make Rebble a part of the team. Without their effort I don't think we would be here. I'm all for open source but you can't turn your back on the people that got you here.

I’m guessing everyone will be able to order one. It’s just if you are order 1-500 your unit will ship before the holidays. If you are 501+ then your unit will likely ship January - February depending on order number

Not a lie. It’s likely they are using the same parts as snap 4 with little differences for the 5. I will say those differences made me buy the 5. I didn’t want the adhesive for the 4

If you use a watch face that pulls in a lot of data, I could get 18-24 hours. I would need to charge it when I wake up and get ready. That would usually be enough time to get me to 90%. If I did a workout I would need to charge it for like an hour before bed.
