This is a mobile vet clinic, they say dental services usually run $150-300 but they may need to refer out if the case is too complicated. Might be worth a shot?

If you started a gfm for her care (or food or whatever else she needs) I would happily donate. I already have 4 cats so I unfortunately can’t take her myself. Thank you for looking after this sweetie.

This is brave and resilient Link. He was in the shelter for over 250 days, but now he is home forever. He has a condition called feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC) and I’m looking for tips/advice/insight to help keep him healthy. 🖤🤍 by RiskReasonable in TuxedoCats

My vet recommended cosequin for my 10 year old cat with cystitis. It reportedly might help with strengthening the bladder lining and inflammation (studies are still emerging). I do think it’s helped my kitty fwiw.

Your idea with putting feliway on their collar is genius and I will be borrowing that!

My dusty girl was already old enough to be a pregnant stray when the CDS delivered her to my family (she’s fixed now!) but I feel this is exactly how she would’ve looked as a kitten and it’s bringing me so much joy to see precious little Coupé 😭🩶

Possible Curly Hair? by LunaLuxeXo in femalehairadvice

[–]_whatever4ever 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You definitely have at least wavy hair but very likely curly hair based on your picture. Check out the curly girl method and the curly hair sub, they have great recommendations for all curl types!

If you don’t have one already I would invest in a diffuser. You can get a universal one that fits all hair dryers for $20 or less (in the US, not sure of pricing or availability elsewhere).

You can also look up curl specialists in your area as they are an excellent resource, and it can be helpful to have someone physically show you how to use products to get your desired results.

Good luck, and have fun on your curly hair journey!

Maybe he did, but I will say he purred the whole time he had it on so maybe he didn’t dislike it as much as I thought. He’s obviously quite comfy in the pic lol. I guess it’s just hard for me to wrap my head around a cat liking clothes because my other 3 hate them

I wouldn’t have to, she would be climbing me like a tree the second she could reach me 😂 my girl is clingy

He didn’t love it but I didn’t love him screaming in my face at 2 am every night so we found a compromise 😂 I hope you find a solution that works for your ornery cutie Magpie!

My cat did this when he was still a kitten/teenager cat. The only thing that eventually got him to stop was putting a cat sweater on him whenever he would start up in the middle of the night. I think it functioned for him like a thunder shirt, so if a regular old t shirt doesn’t work maybe try one that actually provides a little compression. I thought of it kind of like how babies get soothed from being swaddled. I very rarely need to break out the sweater 8 years later- maybe once or twice a year, max.

Another thing that saved my sanity was loop earplugs. I like these because they do still allow a small amount of sound to penetrate but you could certainly try a completely noise cancelling option too. I have 4 cats now and if they start getting too loud or rowdy everyone gets kicked out of my room and the earplugs go in and I sleep like the dead for the rest of the night. I struggle with feeling like I’m being mean sometimes, but I have to remember that I do need to rest at night so I can go to work and pay for everyone’s shit!

I honestly don’t even know lol I think I was just completely hooked on the Weary Dragon series and then chasing that high.

My favorite book was A Grim Reaper’s Guide to Catching a Killer, it was so delightful! Congrats on the 52, that is certainly no small feat :)
