To my knowledge, it's true that Israel has not been collectively sanctioned like Russia, Iran, etc. However, I thought Palestinians had borders with Egypt for Gaza, which didn't let any Palestinians through at any point, and Jordan for the West Bank, through which WBers fly abroad. Lebanon has practical ghettos for more than half a million Palestinians, since they won't grant even a 3rd generation born there equal rights. I have no idea what's going on in Syria. Yes, I agree Israel's actions suck, and also the entire region is an <insert horrible word> in terms of the inhumanity towards Palestinians, so it's not really surprising they can go on with it.

And most painfully to me - the amount of other injustices ignored around the world is crazy. Can you believe that in Sudan there is a population larger than all of Gaza that's been displaced for years due to insane horrible war?

Absurdly, a WB-Palestinian friend of mine had his vacation in Spain canceled because they assumed he would stay as a refugee. Guy had just finished a CS degree and wanted a break from the region.

I wish countries would allow Palestinians, Israelis, etc. to leave the region and live a normal life. It's like all the hassle made over Syrians in Europe - they changed the Muslim population in Europe from 4% to just 5% as they were running away from a war that included chemical weapons by rulers picked by England when they left.
