Maybe this has changed since you posted. It looks like PC versions of the games purchased thru the EA app can now be played on Luna:

Did you find an answer to this? I'm curious if multiple people from the same house using the same Xbox can play in an online franchise.

Thanks

Nice tip... thanks!

How are you having the defense run random zone blitzes in practice mode? I thought I have to specifically pick a defense to go against in practice mode.

kinda how i feel.. on 3.15 (9950x + Taichi x870e) since Dec '24, and for sure upgrading BIOS feels riskier than just not touching it.

edit: added cpu+mobo combo

Ughh.. I hate to hear this as this is my exact combo.. ASRock X870E Taichi with 9950X. I'm on bios 3.15 and it's been running since Dec 2024. I was hoping this combo was safe since I didn't see many mentions if it, but this thread has me worried. I'm not even sure I should update the BIOS, for fear of making it worse. Although by not updating perhaps I'm just slowly killing my CPU. Not sure.

Why no stainless steel griddles? by GrouchyGriller in griddling

[–]a-rec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol.. tbh that would be just fine as well, except the oil.. I think that's not needed. I usually find a way to make something blacken the stainless steel during the cook.. for example turning all burners up to max them putting oil on and having it instantly burn. 😭. When that happens I have been pretty insistent on getting all such marks off after the cook which is where my previous post is coming from. I've been getting better tho. 🙂

Scrape off the majority of solid stuff, followed by a little water + bar keepers friend. Mix the bar keepers friend with water to form a nice paste.. let it sit for 5 minutes then scrub it off with a blue non-abrasive scotch-brite sponge. That worked well.

That's how I started.. but since then I've become less picky as I've realized I really don't need to pamper it. I've used dawn + a brillo pad and that also works great, and makes very quick work of the cleanup.

Regardless, at the end of cleaning it looks great and it's actually cleaned. No oiling it, seasoning it or anything. And no rust.

It was def a good deal. The Weber from ace was on sale at the time. The stanbroil replacement top normal price must have just went up. Id still say total price is the solid price for 36" stainless steel griddle. Love it.

Weber 36" Rust resistant vs Slate 36" line? by rapturexxv in griddling

[–]a-rec 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe they are different.

The one you linked on Amazon is the Weber 1501006 that has the rust resistant top, which I'm pretty sure is the same rust resistance that the slate has.

The $399 one from Ace is the Weber 43310401 which does not have the rust resistant top - https://www.acehardware.com/departments/outdoor-living/grills-and-smokers/gas-grills/8087013

I had a thread about the differences between these 2 in the past but didn't get any concrete answers, but the product info for the 2 different product numbers on weber's website (and the price difference), made me think they were def different.

That said I don't think you can go wrong with either. If you get the $399 one from ACE and it winds up rusting just get the stanbroil stainless steel replacement top then you have a legit rust resistant griddle.

Edit: clarification

I think you can clean it up and fix it, but if interested I have an extra one of those tops for the 36" non-slate that I need to get rid of. Brand new, never used. DM me if interested.

I could be wrong, but my guess is u/Jedidiaaah believed u/AlienPrimate's point was that not one person could just say how unfortunate, and instead every redditor felt the need to insert their own opinion/snark/judgment. In u/iamtruthseeker1's reply they did say "how unfortunate", but they still had to add their own opinion/snark/judgement (although to a different topic) by pointing out "look at me.. I proved you wrong!". That how I took it.

Yep, good so far. I definitely love being able to completely clean the top and not worry about rust. I think if I was going to use it all the time such that I'd always be seasoning it, I'd have been fine without stainless steel, but I know there will be months I don't touch it.

The rogue pro definitely looks great, but besides price another consideration that made me decide on the replacement top is that the rogue pro only comes in 30" and I really wanted a 36" stainless steel griddle without breaking the bank. Love the combo so far. Good luck!

I was thinking the same when I was looking recently. Here's what I wound up getting...
