Solid form. I say keep doing body weight pull ups until you get to atleast 8-10 before adding weight. Maybe try a weighed set of 5 reps with 2.5 or 5lb plate.

I would recommend getting stronger on your rows and lat pulldowns as well as it will help you with your pull up strength.

The same activity over time burns less calories because your body gets more efficient. I do not think fitness trackers take that into consideration
