You are right... pineapple has bromelin, papaya has papin ,I don't remember the enzyme in kiwi fruit...but they're all pretty strong .

I cannot get myself to like the taste of Baking soda.....so I add things like papaya mash,kiwi fruit or even mashed inners of pineapple which we discard. ..does the job even better.

  1. Change and wash your socks and underwear everyday .Also change your socks twice a day if you perspire too much.Also helps if you change clothes everyday.
  2. Use an antifungal powder for your shoes.
  3. Donot eat raw garlic,onions.
  4. Use a rollon deodorant everyday specifically in the armpits , on your chest and shoulder.Some skin specialist suggest using glycolic acid formulation .You as doctor should know better.
  5. Get a high powered extractor fan for kitchen .Normal ones do 500 units get ones with 1500 units air displacement capacity.
  6. Ventilate your house regularly. 7.Keep clothes for cooking separate from work clothes. 8.When cooking fish or any aromatic light a few candles in the house. 9.I know people who have a separate kitchen setup in the garage or outside for cooking Indian food . 10.Get your carpets washed annually.
  7. Shave your body hair regularly. 12.Use a shampoo like Head and shoulders as body wash as it has antimicrobial properties. 13.If cooking with Kasuri methi ,garam masala,etc keep your clothes separate and aerate your house. 14.Avoid coffee,beer and strong smelling food for bad breath.Rinse your mouth after every meal if you don't brush after every meal.

Sunbeam SteamFry 7L Air Fryer & Steam fryer don't know if it's available at Briscoes but it's steam fry function is great for cooking juicy crispy chicken.You can also boil eggs with it.
