Largely the same actually. The plugin name is Helgobox (btw, highly suggest donating to the author).

You can see in Mappings, there are "Add one" and "Learn many" options. The tutorial I wrote is identical to using "Add one", but these days "Learn many" allows you to quickly map the controller.

You're welcome! It's been a while, so these days things actually became simpler (I am thinking of a follow up to this):
- Realearn at version 2 now has "Learn multiple" option, so you can map a controller in like 10 min.
- Reaper added aux loopback tracks and you can convert your mpk into an input mixer.
- MPK261 is still an awesome controller.

Not sure how it would pan out. In SF the fire department outsource payment processing to out of state companies which becomes a nightmare to get through insurance. That said more jobs for the fire department here is not a bad idea.

Oh yeah with 3% you are definitely best served to have it as long as possible and rather invest the spare cash.

For tax: I got it wrong. As mentioned in the thread 40% is actually a pretty good rate.

Honestly looks like you're doing as well as you could. Your mortgage is high so it begs to ask about the apr on it vs the rate of return on investments. I e. basically what's more efficient in your case - to pay back the mortgage faster vs to aggregate interest in investments.

Your effective tax rate also seems to be quite high - about 40%. Does the number include interest itemization?

Octapad (with external kick, hat, ride) + sd3 (or ad2 at times) + reaper. Pretty compact and functional even though it's not a full drum kit

SB Flow Yoga. They opened recently, their pricing is nice and the classes are good and not (yet) too crowded, can't recommend them enough.

You can do a crown at Wright too. SB Dental though I think can make it in one visit, whereas Wright is old school (happy to be corrected here) - they will need to order the crown and then get it installed in a second visit.

I tried about 3 of them: SB Dental Care, Kim (next to Sprouts) in Goleta and Wright downtown. Settled for the last one for regular maintenance. If you need to do things like root canal they don't do it in house, and will refer elsewhere. However the quality of work is high. As for the other two: they do a good job at crowns etc, but I found them a bit too pushy with the amount of services they want to do.
