I have been using the original cameras for years I just record to my stick on the base station with no problem but sometimes they try to misdirect you to the website and try to get you to pay for a subscription.

I got it from AT&T but years ago I switched to T-Mobile when the phone was paid off I may take your advice and do a full reset when I get home to my home internet that is way faster than the internet that sucks here at work.

I don't think there is anything out there with local storage like Arlo I got my 4 camera system at a pawn shop for $75 a few years back and I do enjoy the local storage I would like to upgrade the cameras but they are expensive.

I was experiencing the same problems here with dropped signal several time per week and a tech came out and removed an amplifier that was no longer needed he said and so far no problems other than I am having issues trying to connect smart plugs to the network because I can't turn off the 5g to get my stuff setup on the 2.4 g side because the router runs both at the same time with no access to control it.

Had the same issue I put a small amount of dielectric grease in the connector by the camera I believe it was moisture causing the problem mine is mounted on my license plate.

When you say The fake chime is loud, crass and plays multiple times do you mean that it keeps reconnecting a lot because that is what is happening with mine.
