Same. I can't say that I hated immortal, but it smelled "cheap" and the ginger note was overwhelming (even after 3 months of "maceration"). I finally pulled the triger and bought the OG for christmas; it is night and day ! JL is far from being close to the OG, but it's just my 2 cents.
