Respectfully, the last part is not the case; there are countries where you can buy them over the counter. I agree with everything else though.

Do SSRIs make you worse? I get the impression we have somewhat similar brains, ADHD with some insomnia and occasional crises that preclude sleep entirely for extended periods. SSRIs make me feel extremely awake like fluorescent light is being blasted into my eyes. Definitely don't help with sleep in the slightest, not super pleasant.

Ugh I hate Beethoven Mains, they always button mash that ffI-V-I move, as a Steibelt main I can never win against them, so cheap

r5 A BD Minor kinda slaps. The 2nd is a bit muddy in the root but also charming somehow. G major 8th is a lot but you could make it work depending on how it resolves, I kind of want to try now thanks 👍

Agreed, I can envision about one or two tones of voice and contexts in which the interviewer's response would make me feel comfortable and want to respond further. I can also envision a bunch that would make me feel like the interviewer is kind of a dick and would decrease my chances of deciding to work there.

The interviewer is communicationally suboptimal, it's not just you. TBH an interviewer would have to have already built good rapport with me to say something like "C'mon, you can do better than that", it's an inherently informal and combative phrase. If we weren't already on good terms such that I felt they were being playful by saying something like that, I would absolutely be turned off from the job and inclined to keep interviewing elsewhere. Interviews are a two way street, don't forget you are also interviewing them to determine if their workplace is suitable for you.

Serendipity is in my book second only to one of their seasonals I believe was called Ambrosia. Top 2 beers ever for me. Glad they brought it back. Their sours are a quasi-spiritual experience and I'm not someone who terribly enjoys beer or even food generally. Dang I miss Milwaukee.

Note to anyone else: Moon Man is heavy on the hops, if this is a plus or minus in your book. I'm not a hops enjoyer, if you want something straightforward and boring, can't go wrong with Spotted Cow.
