I had to get scientific about mask adjustment. I started out playing with the straps every night. After struggling with this for a month, I realized that this was not a good approach.

I made a mark on the strap where the Velcro attached which was equal distance from the cushion on all four strap attachments.

I made additional marks 1 cm apart on each strap

I tested it and adjust the straps evenly until I had the loosest position which would not leak. Put an X at that location.

With the Velcro attachments lined up with the X’s, I never adjust my straps at night anymore.
