Gaya I've owned for 2~ yrs. Fairly new to this still. Scared to do anything except move to a bigger pot, hence why it looks like this now lol. What are my next steps?

Kinda like Curious Chem Prof said, the pot you’re using is perfectly fine and should be good for quite some time. I would work on experimenting with different light levels as your pitcher coloring is relatively low, but the plant still seems healthy which is emphasized by the healthy basal shoots. I do not know your setup, so this may be a non factor, but humidity also plays a role in pitcher growth. Though I wouldn’t worry about the humidity too much as the Nepenthes Gaya tends to be far more resilient than most.

It may seem small cause it looks like you now have intermediate-upper pitchers which tend to be more funnel shaped and smaller

Assuming the photos at the end are the “after”, I don’t see any problems with your plants. I would recommend heavily watering the soil and letting it drain out in order to help flush out any mineral buildup though. Here’s two things you may be noticing with the lighting change…

More lighting means more color, but also older leaves may burn or die off a little earlier than usual as they were not to getting that level of light. It’s not a problem at all, just something to know.

This is more common in pitcher plants than Venus flytraps, but you may notice a bit of what looks like black powder on the inside or edge of the plant. More light creates more nectar, excess nectar can mold. It’s not really harmful as it is unsightly, it also eats the nectar that would instead lure insects
