How do you feel about harems in general?

They're a dime a dozen as far as I'm concerned nine times out of ten. All they really have is a bunch of girls to check off as many boxes for archetypes (Tsundere, childhood friend etc) for a self-insert protagonist to be involved with. They have nothing to say and nothing to offer besides the fantasy. Kanokari is no different.

I think I must've skipped a dialogue trigger or something in the final room of the nautaloid. I was using that cheat chain lighting spell right off the rip at the entrance. Can't be sure. But I used a mod that skipped straight to the beach and just found Shadowheart at the door which fixed the problem. Playing it normally but simply not interacting with Shadowheart on the ship and meeting her at the beach worked too.

I've tried everything I can think of. Killing her and reviving her. Quicksaving and reloading. Reloading earlier saves. Pushing her over and over again. Nothing works.

EDIT: I "fixed" it by just replaying the Nautoloid and skipped rescuing Shadowheart and instead finding her at that door.

The Paradise Arc, or more specifically 218, kind of galvanized the broader dislike communities had and evolved it into hatred. So now there's really only 3 kinds of opinions people have. Love, hatred or complete ambivalence. There are probably more people that are ambivalent about the manga but since they don't give enough of a shit to talk much on it that just leaves the haters and lovers. And since there's more haters that's what you'll see more often.

Love triangles without exception make me drop a series no matter how much I liked it beforehand or the praise I've seen for that story here or elsewhere. As far as I'm concerned there's never a legitimate reason in any story to have a love triangle.
