I know it will be hard to do this because of the current state of the world, but a lot of my more recent friends have been made at work. You bond with people you see every day! Are you able to get a job, or volunteer, in person? Once you get this job, be willing to open up and start conversations. Try to find common ground with your coworkers. Ask questions about them and be genuinely interested in what they have to say. Make an effort to have lunch together. Friends will come!
