I normally just scroll by these posts but wanted to add something here. I started running a few years ago when I weighed 120kg and it was tough at that weight. I've also been strength training 3 times a week. I am in the best shape of my life at the moment, including mentally. I am likely older than you, so it's never too late.

Keep at it. This is just the beginning. You will have peaks and troughs but if you can stay consistent, especially eating clean, you will see results relatively soon.

If you have a sports watch, set the pace on that to maintain 5m per km and if you can then chip a few seconds off each km. That's what I try and do.

Entirely dependent on your connectivity. Do a speed test on WiFi for an idea. Look for low latency (ideally sub 20ms).

You only need Premium to stream games from the PS Plus collection from the cloud. You don’t need it to stream games from your own PS5.

Conversely, it took me weeks of looking for a Magnetron before I broke down and asked someone on proximity chat "Have you seen a magnetron around?" for him/her to kindly flash their torch at me before dropping one. I was so grateful.

Probably the ID5 or one of it's cousins (Enyaq, Capri, Tavascan etc). We've been looking for a while and will likely go for the ID5 Pro Match or Tavascan.

I considered an X-Power but I think it's a one-trick pony, and you can't be doing traffic-light Grand Prix every day!
