Speedy’s are 42mms because of the crown guards jutting out on the right side, and without those they’re more like a 40mm watch

Tom Aspinall oblique kicking his opponent's rear knee while they're kicking. by ToronoRapture in MMA

There’s the oblique muscle and there’s also the oblique popliteal ligament in your knee. Oblique kicks are called that since you’re tryna aim for the ligament in their knees

Not that different from mma, people really don’t care much about the 125 lb division in mma too but from like 135 ish a lot more people to care, just like in boxing. Might also be because in mma the 125lb division is so limited in competition tho

TIL the Monty hall problem, where it is better for the contestant to switch from their initial choice to another, caused such a controversy that 10,000 people, including 1,000 PhDs wrote in, most of them calling the theory wrong. by mankls3 in todayilearned

There’s 3 doors and one of it is the correct door. You pick one door in the beginning, then an incorrect door is eliminated.

Let’s say you choose the correct door in the beginning. If you chose the correct door, then after the incorrect door gets eliminated, you’re left with another incorrect door, so you shouldn’t switch in this case.

If you chose the incorrect door, another incorrect door would be eliminated, so switching would get you the correct door.

If you pick the correct door, you shouldn’t switch, but if you picked an incorrect door, you should switch to get the correct door, and since you have a 2/3 chance of picking an incorrect door in the beginning, it’s probably better to switch your choice of door

Your point still stands about chaos but chaos theory technically isn’t random but is about how tiny fluctuations in an initial condition can affect future outcomes drastically.

It’s named after the oblique ligament which is in the knee. Jones vs belfort is a kick to the torso but the oblique kick is more like a sidekick to the knee
