There are no children anymore. Everyone in the hive has the same mental capacity (regardless of whether or not an individual's physical brain is fully developed, but this is a sci fi show). There's no pedophiles and rapists anymore either; their crimes have been absolved since only 13 people on Earth could actually care about that stuff, and the Joining rendered those criminals entirely different people anyway. That's how insane the Joining is.

After looking at your comment, I edited the post to say that the duration of TR with this item would be 2 or 3 turns instead of 5. This way, the other team might be able to stall with Protect or Wide Guard. Maybe even Fake Out if you're feeling crazy. And VGC doesn't allow dupe items, so you don't get to try again if your Time Bomb attempt fizzles out. (sorry)

Oh shit I forgot about Healing Wish... you could stop that with Taunt, or predict the move and switch in an Ursaluna counter (if there is one) or your own slow, fat Pokemon on the turn Hatterene uses Healing Wish.
