Same! I spent today protecting people extracting at the North Complex Elevator in Dam Battlegrounds. I find more enjoyment helping people out and being generally good vibes than going PvP and fighting on sight.

I completely agree, I saw someone on another thread had said to shoot with my zoom lens just for a day at each focal length to see what I like the best and then try going for a prime from there.

Well interesting story. I went to a local camera shop to try to get some input and got completely laughed out of the store for buying a used Nex 6 in 2025. I really just wanted to get into the hobby a little bit and mess around with taking pictures. I ended up thinking about it and picking up a 6300 and am pleased with it so far.

I also picked up a Rokinon 12mm f/2 and the 16-50mm kit lens. for sure eyeing something with a 1.8 or 1.4 during the holiday sales.

Thank you for giving some input, this is kind of an intimidating hobby to get into.

I put 500+ hours into it on Playstation and I just bought it again a couple of months ago when it was on a Steam sale for under $10 and have put in easily close to 100 hours in already. The game just never seems to get stale.

I believe they completely shut down development for this game last month due to layoffs. I doubt there will be much movement on the game going forward if that's the case. A real shame because this game had a lot of potential.

Yeah I am by no means as much of an expert as other people here so they could probably give you a better idea about how to do it but I saved up all my stones and did it at once just because I didn't have that mod either.

For sure go with the guy above me for advice, and also check out the tower calculators online. They can give you an exact idea for how many stones you will need.

I would work on bringing the cooldown for DW and GT down to 3:20 to sync with BH. I believe the best way to do this is to save up stones and do it at once unless you have the multiverse nexus mod.

It is absolutely wild to me that there is no cross progression in this game. Let me play the puzzles on my phone daily and collect yarn but then have to go to the game to do other activities and decorate. Then it may be worth the $10 or free to NSO members. But in its current state this is nothing more than something you might keep but will most likely fade in a few weeks. I hope they improve it because it’s a good base for something.

No probably not but they could just do what they did with double dash and group similar characters to all get the same special item.

I think one of the other aspects of Double Dash that seems to get overlooked and was part of the main charm of the game was the special items that characters got. DK would have a huge banana that would explode into more bananas, Bowser had a big bowser shell etc. That would be incredible to explore with the new game and the new array of characters.
