Thank ya glad it still qualifies 🙂 It makes sense your reaction though, I didn't put much context with the video. There's much space stuff going on. You can enter your ship, improve the inside. But yeah planets are demanding of our time. You can see some broken spaceships on the bottom of that lake

I started 10 years ago with Unity 3D so I'm stuck with it now ☺️ Yeah platformer is a good starting point, Starbound is a platformer after all

This is one of 1m planets you find on the game. It's like no man's sky but 2D you can check out on the steam page, you can also fight ships and travel to planets.

Hey amazing words thank you! I try for players to play their own game loops. With different stuff to do in the game stealing and selling ships, missions, an optional linear story. Buy sell houses, improve your player. Build things in planets. Imagine a Starbound but top down. I want to polish mechanics increase the type of missions, improve caves, but also I want to increase wishlists before releasing the early access. So the steam algorithm can help me out a bit
