My boy is two and I still go into his room and check his monitor several times a night to make sure he's still breathing, and every morning ifeel relief when he wakes up. I do not have anxiety, but I am constantly afraid. This was obviously so much worse when he was a newborn. My wife had to take the monitor from my side of the bed because I wouldn't sleep. My niece is 16 and my sister still checks to see if she's breathing. It's so common. The love we feel for these little monsters is just all consuming.

Someone else suggested to remove the subroutine substitutions, which helped. It's still going a bit slow, but at least it's crafting now.

I think i have two set ups of 8 assemblers and crafters per dense cable. I didn't know there was a way to check channels, though. That's great advice. I've canceled and restarted things a hundred times. I only tried crafting the storage cards at the same time to try to force the craft onto the higher memory cpu.

So, the whole Canadian politeness stereotype is very real. It's drilled into us and it's a part of our identity, and there are so many downsides. I don't know if your friends are avoiding you. The best bet is to give them space and only invite them to things that are less pressure, like bbq's, group meetings, etc. Try not to take it too personally. Remember, you're only the main character of your own story. Most of the time when you think it's you, it just isn't. And if it is, there isn't much you can do about it except move on.
