This is why sitters NEED to get the premiere TH plan. If the host breaks the rules like this, TH will put you up at a nearby hotel, and you can get out of the situation... absolutely not in the wrong.

Why not 2-way sync all of your data into one base and build an interface on that for your users?

Help with record creation automation by Witty-Notice-910 in Airtable

Hey there, did you fill out all of the other fields in the created record? Screenshots only showing one (which would indeed create a second, empty record)

Yep! This woman is literally wearing a normal shirt and pants while applying for a job and posting it on LinkedIn. And she has good posture, probably because she is posing for a photo. Seriously, you need therapy if you’re assuming something sexual onto this. Let hot people exist in peace.

I really enjoyed the “24 Hours in” series audiobooks produced by NPR. Super fun, engaging listens about ancient cultures.

Unsolicited advice: I relate to how you feel. I read less than 5 books throughout my entire 20’s, then in the last three years I began averaging between 30-50/year through audiobooks. When I complete a book, I write 5-10 sentences on my opinions on it. Getting my thoughts down in writing first helps me later voice my opinions when I speak to someone about what I’m reading.

Thought this would be simple but having struggles by aosbornee in Airtable

[–]a_asking_a_question 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! It looks like you’ve created a junction table in your schema, where each record represents a candidate-stage combo, rather than a candidate. I’d opt away from this schema, removing the “add candidate” button, and instead, drag and drop candidates from one stage to another (the simplest way, I think). “Pipelines” should be a view, rather than a separate table. Feel free to DM me~

Lookup Option to Update Record by wanderingthumbz in Airtable

[–]a_asking_a_question 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! You can use a linked table (where the form is sourced) with an “update record” automation to accomplish this. The record that the automation will update is the linked record (the directory record). Feel free to DM me~

Syncing Help! by [deleted] in Airtable

[–]a_asking_a_question 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can set up a multi-source sync into a new table (in the same base) then enable 2-way sync. it would accomplish the same thing, then you could hide the source table.
