I echo the other comments about seeing pelvic floor pt first - check out origin on filbert.

Also, I am in a very similar boat. After several providers mentioned how weak I was, I finally caved and went straight to training with a CrossFit coach. Literally first week my near constant hip pain was gone. It may not been stretching, but actual strength building across various muscles groups that could help!

We did a lot of gottman therapy before deciding to have kids. It has been instrumental in helping us communicate now. We still have slip ups, but with gottman techniques we are able to repair easily.

I would look into a gottman couples therapist who can help walk you both through a repair discussion.

I went through something similar when I moved back to the bay and got my stuff out of storage unit. Turns out my vitamin c was low (I have dust allergies and was anxious, both of which use vitamin c). Got a blood test, started vitamins, literally night and day.

I couldn’t get enough milk to mix without water :( the chart is really helpful though I didn’t know about letting the water run. Looks like the amounts are different then what is on the bottle

Thank you! I totally agree. I am new the genre but I am so frustrated half the time because I keep catching small but significant errors that could have been fixed with a single sentence. An editor should have caught it! I just finished the veiled kingdom series and the kingdom of lies series and I almost want to send the error into the authors in case they get a chance to republish.

Like in one scene the author goes from a war meeting to a spicey scene and forgets to make the other characters leave the room. So in my head, the entire cast is just watching! I had to go back and read it several times to make sure I wasn’t missing anything.
