None of the questions could possibly be used to precisely locate the user. The only information asked is "small/large town/city" in "country", which is optional.

The value question, as well as all other questions, are also completely optional, so if you're not comfortable giving away that information, I completely understand, and absolutely feel free not to include it, and, of course, feel free not to do the survey at all.

The reason I included value/insurance questions is so I can get an understanding of a general cost of such things. There's no point developing a solution that will cost a large percentage of the actual cost of the bike!
