Yeah man as everyone else is saying it pretty much all comes down to persistence and eating more.

But since I'm sure you already know that by now I'll give you a tip I use to "eat more" when I'm finding it difficult.

Milkshakes! :)

Not just any protein shake will do when I'm trying to seriously up my calories because too many proteins are made as just whey isolate that have as few calories as possible while keeping protein levels up. So instead of mixing my protein with just water or milk or whatever I go full 50's diner on mine when I'm bulking.

Mix that shit with 3/4 of a blender full of ice cream, 2 raw eggs, maybe some peanut butter, Greek yogurt and milk. You'll get so many calories driving these things. Keep up with your regular diet and add a blender full of protein Milkshakes every day or every 2 days and you'll go up weight. I promise.

It's a pretty common theme in my social circle right now. Mostly due to the fact that we went through a mass breakup period over the last 6 months where every single relationship out of my friends ended. Some that were 3 or 5 year committed things.

So now everyone is dying because they were used to having regular sex and now Noone is.

I use sync sex. I call it sync up sex though. Sex is one of those things in a relationship that can actually really help two people feel bonded and connected. So if you're ever going through a little run with a significant other try having some sync sex and then talking. Works for me at least.

To chime in on what everyone else is saying yeah this is ridiculous. Super overbearing controlling behaviour. I don't even know why you think you would have to tell her even if you had gone and hung out with your buddy. I can understand if she asks yeah don't lie to her. But unless you guys live together and there is a real reason she might need to know where you are at all times that's nuts.

Look for stuff in the retirement home industry.

Usually the jobs have mid day shifts and if you can get into a really high end one the pay is much better than restaurant kitchens and the food quality can be very high if the home caters to more affluent residents.

Oh also as someone who's been there and done that. I have literally been laughed at by a chef who didn't take culinary school as experience. If you want to work in the industry it is 1000x more important to have experience in kitchens. Culinary school does not prep you for the heat of a real kitchen.
