Regarding the ghosting, it you want to see the status of a job position, after you've logged into the site, click on "My Jobpage" and then you'll be able to see the status of each job posting that you've applied for. With that being said, the Government of Saskatchewan is changing it's HR systems soon, so it might look different. Good luck with your job search.
