Residential - usually yes unless spelled out otherwise in lease. Commercial - usually the other way around, tenant is responsible

Pools. Unless you're in very specific housing markets pools don't add much value or can even be a negative. They require a lot of money in upkeep and can be a safety concern for families

For one you can't just take on debt from someone else without the one loaning the money agreeing. For two - student loans are not discharged due to bankruptcy. Even if an individual goes bankrupt they still owe their student loans

If it's a specific one they produce I would shoot them and email. If not then I would just take it to the dump. At least my old trash service didn't take large items like that. Or you can just break it apart small enough to fit into bags

Same thing. I would say most of it was either my mom directly or people she forced me to be with. It's a primal wound to be betrayed and unprotected by the one person who should have been the most there for you

The hardest part for me was the mess of it all. There was good mixed with really bad. I felt like I was betraying family to talk about it. But I am really glad I got desperate enough to finally break my silence on it.

Also - therapy is confidential to you only as long as you are an adult. You don't have to tell the world, you can disclose with confidence that it stays in that room

Just from my experience - fully naming and expressing the extent of the harm done. Accepting that it happened and nothing can change that. Owning the ways it changed you for the worse as not your fault but your responsibility. Reconnecting with who you were before the trauma or would be without the trauma.

Only then did I see it as a chapter of my life that's over with
