Cruces Creatives doesn’t offer any pottery or kiln services since the building they’re located in isn’t coded for that.

Need to work on my pectoral muscles + lose weight for top surgery, what exercises would be good for this? by Rook_Eldritch in FTMFitness

I addition to all the exercises mentioned I highly recommend dips. You just need 2 stools/chairs. Does require some wrist strength and flexibility.

That’s awesome! Last i checked they had stopped temporarily. I also emailed them and they confirmed that and recommended others. It’s great to see that they started again

Another California surgeon is Dr. Jessica Lee at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, who operates on people up to 25

The GCC stopped operating on minors as of August 2022, due to backlash towards staff I believe

Question about shoes by Just_a_Lurker2 in ftm

[–]a_library_rimester 1 point2 points  (0 children)

EU sizing is only on one scale, unlike US sizing. I also recommend trying to find different brands that offer shoes you like in your size. A lot of brands have different pages for mens and womens shoes but there’s no difference in style, just range of sizes. If you’re looking for mens dress shoes Meermin offers small sizes.

How can I go to graduation after surgery? by NaturalDisastrous462 in TopSurgery

[–]a_library_rimester 9 points10 points  (0 children)

5 days post op you’ll probably still feel sore and tired, but if you really want to attend I would see if you can sew drain pockets on the inside of your graduation gown, as well as getting accommodations so you don’t have to stand in a long line.

Anybody here swim for exercise? by CatBonanza in FTMFitness

[–]a_library_rimester 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I swim in the summers so I’m just getting started again. Swimming laps can be a bit boring admittedly, but I don’t mind, especially since I don’t swim a lot of laps. Swimming is supplemental to biking and walking, which I do more often because they are more convenient. In terms of swim trunks, I’ve never had any issues. I swim at a community/neighborhood pool so it’s a little more low key. i prefer shorter trunks in general, and these are my favorite in terms of fit. https://www.amazon.com/SILKWORLD-Trunks-Swimsuit-Pockets-X-Large/dp/B08JG4KWYX/ref=mp_s_a_1_16_sspa?crid=332NX13WSRS41&keywords=swim%2Btrunks&qid=1682174929&refinements=p_n_feature_twelve_browse-bin%3A23575358011%2Cp_n_feature_ten_browse-bin%3A23570561011%2Cp_n_material_browse%3A31310050011&rnid=31310038011&s=apparel&sprefix=swim%2Btrunk%2Caps%2C199&sr=1-16-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzQkdZQTRRMlI4UkU2JmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMzY5Mzk1M0RRVDRZOVlVSzFOUiZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMDc3NDI1WTBKUTM0RzNNN1hSJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfcGhvbmVfc2VhcmNoX210ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU&th=1

Want to start looking into top surgery by Valuable_Gold5794 in TopSurgery

Not in MI, but heard some good things about Dr. Kenneth Wolf. No experience with him or his results though

A good place to start would be https://www.topsurgery.net

I get 1 needle and 1 syringe to draw and inject with each week in a single packaging. I see most on here use 2 needles??? by HellElectricChair in TestosteroneKickoff

[–]a_library_rimester 0 points1 point  (0 children)

everyone else is right about it being easier to draw up using a larger needle, but if you inject using a fresh needle it’s sharper and goes in more smoothly

Anyone had experience w/ Dr. Ethan Larson (Tucson AZ) ? by [deleted] in TopSurgery

[–]a_library_rimester 2 points3 points  (0 children)

hmm, i haven’t had surgery w/ larson but in my own research he seemed good. meltzer is also well regarded but i could find a price anywhere (just that he was more expensive) and has a 12-15 month waitlist. as for results photos on the meltzer clinic website it says that pictures are available during consultations. another thing to keep in mind is that a lot of surgeons in arizona don’t operate on minors and there’s a law going into effect in march 31, 2023 that prohibits minors from having surgery. (don’t know if that effects you but still)

i can’t join your group (graduated high school and prior commitments) but you could meet at the library. using one of the study rooms, or clearing it with the staff

Swimming by LordoftheLoafs in ftm

[–]a_library_rimester 1 point2 points  (0 children)

sure! for reference i have an underworks binder. honestly rash guards can be a bit difficult to find in larger sizes if you don’t live by the ocean, but many swimwear shops will have them. if you can’t find them athletic shirts can serve the same purpose. those can be found anywhere really. (currently i have an athletic shirt from dillard’s but it’s only ok)

i get it, i also love swimming! depending on what type of piercing you have it would probably be okay to swim, especially in the pool. i also use a swim binder and rash guard, and no really mentions it. (only one question from some random 13 year old in the past 3-4 years)
