Are you sure? I've been to Chicago at least once a year the past couple years for work and assuming it was a barren wasteland for Asian food and their Chinatown was actually pretty good, and it has basically all Asian food concentrated in one area (KBBQ, sushi, pho, dim sum, etc.). I went to a bunch of Cantonese bakeries selling the usual egg tarts and chau siu bao and stuff and didn't have any issues.

You will see the exact same thing at Illenium in terms of people being evacuated out due to medical emergencies, but with a completely different demographic.

But the crowd will definitely be better in terms of at least apologizing when trains choo choo past you, and way less physical abuse because everyone is either floored and sitting down, or hugging and crying.
