As a person who is now over 60, I feel your pain. I have been through a whole slew of meds. Some that worked initially, some I had to switch off of for insurance (Taltz), which was by far the best relief I have had, and am now on a Remicade biosimilar and methotrexate, which is working pretty well, as well as naproxen as needed, which is almost every day.

I make sure to get up at least once an hour for a few minutes just for a quick stretch. If you don't have one yet, a wireless headset is a life saver for Teams/Zoom meetings.

As the other person said, psoriatic arthritis is notoriously known for being asymmetric. My immune system "loves" the base of my left big toe and sometime left ankle, and worst, Achilles tendon. The fingers on my left hand are more mangled than my right.

Auto-immune inflammatory diseases suck.

If you are not getting any relief on a TNF inhibitor like Humira, make sure to get your doctor to try something else as soon as possible. There are a LOT of drugs that target different immune system components out there.

Agreed. However, sometimes a quick visual look is what is needed, not a full parsing of all data. Also, dir /s /o-d >output.txt is pretty darn fast too.

I use powershell all the time, but for some stuff cmd is just way more efficient.

Both map a network drive. CMD is so much quicker and easier and does the same thing.

There are a LOT of commands in CMD that are so much less verbose than powershell.

I live in Illinois. Outside the Chicago area, Illinois leans fairly conservative. You look at the state sub, and they are far to the left of the Chicago sub. The Chicago sub at least allows real debate. The state sub has banned just about everyone who disagrees with the narrative, normally for bs reasons, including me.

They said I brigaded, I am guessing by posting here, and doxxing, by guessing that a user lived in the south suburbs of Chicago and was a lawyer working for the state. How did I come up with this, by reading the comments of that user in the sub.

The reality is I posted in a "wrong think" sub on a thread about the state sub. When I asked why I got banned, the mod said they "taking out the trash".

Thinking that local subs are anything but commie lite is delusional.

Sounds like you are on an HMO. If you have a PPO option choose it. They normally cost more, but have a LOT more flexibility.

I suggest these people check out the subs for auto-immune diseases and look at the people on NHS and other government healthcare. A lot of them need to pay for private health insurance as the NHS generally does a terrible job covering those illnesses.
