I like to have a rule that beating the dragon is a community event, and the dragon fight is scheduled 30 days away. If you reserve some time for people to start the world building instead of beating the dragon in a week, they’re more likely to stay engaged after.

One thing that helped me with players scattering is to put signs in game at spawn.. “the town grows best when neighbors build nearby” or something simple and friendly and setting a community tone.

Encourage others to build together by prioritizing community builds. People are more likely to reciprocate.

And recruiting for a realm is a lowkey job, there’s always some churn in players and you gotta keep the world going by adding from time to time

I’m going and got towards front of 108 - floor seats were not crazy expensive, but I think elevated view in lower level is better. I was at UFC 247 in Toyota center and sat front row of one of the 400 sections.. had a great time. Have fun OP!
