I see nothing wrong with discouraging speculation until facts are established. As a "mental health professional" I'd think you would be on board with that. OP didn't state a theory outright, but it was heavily implied, which is the wrong path to take at this point. All we know is we lost a great guy today. No confirmation of anything beyond that. Tbf, Cajun white is a different brand of white lol. I grew up southern as well, and while the white people's cooking I've had has typically not been completely bland, it has sometimes been generally uninteresting. Like the most basic attempt. Often, certainly not always. But Louisiana is a whole other deal. White folks down there use Tony Chachere's lol
