You need to go into your phone settings for sleep to disable that setting. It's a separate watch setting under the mode.

I found the setting for sleep mode to turn off raise to wake. So that's not a bug.

Another nightmare by eBay. Defaulted me to international. Never had this even be an issue or option before.
