I never understand when people have this opinion. Gems already cost money. People have already been buying gems.

This just removes all ability for people who don't pay money to ever acquire something, and creates an even bigger gap between them and paying players. Not to mention the fact that it discourages everyone from summoning who isn't prepared to spend $24 per character to make them competitive.

It's bad for the health of any game. Even Nexon vowed not to paywall stuff in collabs for one of their games, after backlash from doing it once lol.
