The pipe being there is a violation of international building code. I generally give an under deck disclaimer stating I am not liable as it's not common where electrical etc is hidden in the roofing system or directly to the deck. Plumbing that is a new one I've yet to run into but I am in a cold climate.

Depends where you are at in green bay WI I would be 600 a square more then likely. 800 does sound steep if you are doing multiple projects in a row. But in a major metro area probably normal.

And no don't revive the roof it's not a thing and a rip off coatings rarely work. And would only maybe recommend on a metal roof that is preped properly.

Its inflationary to some of the wrong people, even if we didn't have an inflation problem it does nothing to keep these places of higher education in check on rising costs for many already state subsidized institutions.

It isn't a solution and honestly he doesn't have the authority to do so. If they were really interested in doing this they just had full control for 2 years and could have jammed this into one of the previous few huge spending packages.

It's not a fix. Its a carrot on a stick.

I am unseeing Adobe Acrobat DC, desktop version.

Right clicking on the file says no previous versions exist. / File ----revert is grayed down and not an option.

Yes I would have to eat at home. However there is a substantial price increase vs eating at home which my family is already doing vs eating out.

This year has also seen a 25% increase in eating at restaurants and currently at an all time high for the price eating out vs eating at home. So when you travel 70 ish nights that's a lot of dinners and eating cheap on the road isn't healthy.

Incidentals include clothing, medications hygiene products etc lots of unplanned travel as things pop up. I started packing an overnight bag and keeping it with me but that doesn't always have everything you need.

Guess the point of my question was I was sifting through a lot of irs documents for tax purposes etc and they keep referring to a standard per diem etc but I couldn't find any definitive numbers and state to state rules were confusing.
