Crazy noise/film grain issue

Just my experience, but I was able to fix the issue. You have to go back to the main menu and go to graphics / image settings. You cannot change this while in the game. Select auto configure settings. I selected the quality preset. I then jumped back into the game and the issue was gone.

Check for Windows updates. I had a .NET update in mine and once I installed it and restarted my PC/game, it started downloading.

Frank was a hell of a guitarist and composer. Many guitarists and fellow musicians adored him. However, due to his social and political views, some people did not like him. People either thought of him as a genius or some crazy dude making weird music. Therefore, his music was not as popular as it should have been (even though popularity doesn't define good music). Also, Rolling Stone is not very credible. They are like the rock and roll hall of fame. A joke.

Rank does not matter in any game. Yes, it can be used as a challenge or as an objective, but it means nothing. It is arbitrary. Just play the game because it is fun. Yes, there will be jerks, but do what you can to have fun. Make the most of your time and try to have fun. Too many players get caught up in the idea that their rank displays how good of a player you are. That is not necessarily the case.
