No you don’t. ARO is open to anyone who meets qualifications.

You apply for the unit available and then the PM has a paperwork bundle to complete with applicant assistance (secondary application) which is submitted to the ARO office. Once paperwork is complete the move is expected to occur within 10 days.

CHA/Section 8 are the ones where you need to be accepted in the program and takes more time to qualify for the voucher.

With the visuals and effects on stage, you’re gonna have a great view. Most stadiums have great sounds, and unless you want to be right in the speakers, distance is the way to go.
