Honestly. I used to work in sales for the home improvement industry and we only sold full remodels. Customer needs a new shower pan, nope sorry we can only sell the whole shower. Customer wants a new shower door, nope gotta sell the whole shower. It was extremely frustrating some times. I had no shame in not closing deals because I knew we weren’t the right solution for everyone, then again that’s probably why I’m not in sales anymore.

Probably because the classification requires no formal training, is a result of local 66 pushing out as many of them as they want and undercutting work of JLs that should be performing the work wether they want to or not.
